Keystone is a firm that was founded upon a desire to do things differently. The original concept was to build a law firm in which lawyers could focus on working with clients, free from management obligations and administrative distractions, whilst being helped by teams of people who are there to support them. The concept endures to this day.
Keystone Law is a multiple award-winning Top 50 UK firm that continues to make waves in the legal sector. Our lawyers are ranked in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, and in November 2020, we were named Law Firm of the Year at the prestigious “The Lawyer Awards”, the ultimate accolade in the legal profession. In January 2021, Keystone was also crowned Happiest Law Firm of the Year by RollOnFriday. Keystone lawyers are known to be some of the most satisfied and driven individuals in the legal profession.
One of our employment partners, Kelly Sayers, is recruiting for a solicitor to join her busy team. Experience in employment law is essential, and data protection and privacy experience are desirable but not essential. Kelly’s clients include a wide range of commercial clients in a variety of sectors (including transport and logistics, retail, and technology), high profile charities, and senior employees.
The role would suit an applicant who is newly qualified or with up to 3 years’ post-qualification experience at a reputable regional or London firm. The applicant should have experience of drafting documents, carrying out legal research, and advising and liaising directly with clients. Applicants should have strong communication skills and be confident to attend client meetings and business development events as well as be a strong team player who is happy to provide support to colleagues. Applicants should also be able to work to deadlines whilst also having excellent attention to detail. The role would suit somebody who is happy to work mostly remotely, with some time spent working in either Keystone’s London office or the team’s office in Suffolk.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to join a growing team in what is probably the UK’s happiest law firm.
