Keystone Law has secured a significant High Court victory in a commercial contract dispute concerning approximately £25 million in deferred consideration arising from the sale of Core Management Group Ltd to Napril Holding Ltd.
Acting for the claimant, Keystone Law’s Dispute Resolution partner Gerard Cukier together with Edward Cumming KC of XXIV Old Buildings and Sam Neaman of Littleton Chambers, successfully obtained summary judgment on a key issue concerning the construction of the sale agreement.
In a judgment handed down on 24 July 2026, Mr Justice Sweeting granted summary judgment on the key contractual construction issue, dismissed the defendant’s counterclaim, and made consequential declarations in favour of the claimant.
Keystone Law associate Romina Nicolaou and trainee solicitor Stephanie Baptist also supported on the dispute.
