Keystone Law has advised the shareholders of Integrated Doorset Solutions Limited (IDSL), a leading performance doorset specialist, on its investment by Lloyds Development Capital (LDC), the private equity investor which is part of Lloyds Banking Group. The investment will help the company to target further organic growth and expand its reach in the market.
IDSL and its group companies manufacture, supply and maintain specialist performance doorsets, such as fire and security doors, for use in buildings including hospitals, schools, student accommodation, commercial, leisure and high-end residential properties. The business is based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, and operates two manufacturing facilities with 286 employees.
LDC is backing IDSL’s existing management team, headed by founder and Managing Director Ash Malhan as the business looks to continue its ongoing growth strategy.
