Keystone Law has advised The Arterial Group on its property management agreement with Grosvenor Estates for three separate sites across London.
The Arterial Group is a real estate collective that partners with landlords to help develop co-working spaces through hospitality, design, and technology. The Group has partnered with Grosvenor Estates, an international organisation that focuses on the development, management and investment of properties across many of the world’s leading cities.
Keystone advised the Group in 2020 on a property management agreement entered into with Grosvenor Estates for one site, 25 Eccleston Place, located in London. Due to the success of the partnership, negotiations on a new framework property management agreement for two further sites have recently concluded and work will begin immediately.
Keystone’s commercial partner Dan Tozer led on the deal and was supported by employment partner Rachel Tozer, tax partner Paul McCourt and construction solicitor Tom Phillips.
Grant Powell and Ola Akinyemi, co-CEOs of The Arterial Group, said:
“This is an exciting expansion for the company and the advice provided by Keystone helped move the deal along seamlessly. Dan Tozer is a trusted advisor to our company and we look forward to working with him on many more of our upcoming deals.”
Dan Tozer added:
“It is always a pleasure working with The Arterial Group. Having worked with the team for a number of years, it has been fantastic to see the company grow with exciting property management projects, and I look forward to continuing to support them in the future.”
