Keystone Law has advised Edwardian Group, one of the UK’s leading privately owned hotel groups, on the employment law aspects of its multimillion-pound sale of 10 hotels to Starwood Capital Group, a global private investment firm.
The portfolio comprises 10 hotels with over 2,000 rooms. Following the sale, Edwardian Group will continue to own and operate The Londoner, along with its two Radisson Collection hotels, The May Fair and The Edwardian Manchester.
Keystone Law’s employment solicitor Nathan Donaldson advised Edwardian Group on the sale.
