Rachel is highly experienced employment lawyer who advises UK and international clients on all aspects of UK employment law from tribunal claims, business reorganisations and transactions to day-to-day HR advice. She frequently assists employers and senior executives on exit strategies that work for all parties and has extensive litigation experience should situations escalate.

Rachel advises across a range of industries and clients including technology solutions, independent schools and colleges, charities, PR agencies, recruitment consultants and law firms.

Rachel advises HR teams extensively on compliance with GDPR guiding them through the analysis their current handling of data to preparing staff privacy notices and data protection policies.
