Keystone Law has advised the shareholders of Pro Print Group on its sale to the Asteria Group. Pro Print specialises in self-adhesive labels, carton production, and linerless labelling technology and is Asteria Group’s fourth acquisition in the UK after the takeover of Berkshire Labels, CS Labels, and Compliance Labelling Solutions.
The multi-disciplinary Keystone team was led by Corporate partner Jeremy Davis, and included Tax partner Paul McCourt, Commercial Property partner Simon Massey, Employment partners Emma Wayland and Nick Jew, IP consultant solicitor Rupert Casey, Banking & Finance partner Rob Spedding, Corporate associate Sophie Stewart, solicitor Simon Margesson, and trainee solicitor Gabriel Navias.
