Keystone Law advises Brava Hospitality Group on acquisition of Riding House Café

Keystone Law’s Corporate partner Joseph Miller has advised Brava Hospitality Group on its acquisition of Riding House Café, adding to its portfolio which includes Prezzo Italian and Jamie’s Italian (UK).

Brava Hospitality Group will acquire all three of Riding House Café’s restaurants: Riding House Fitzrovia, Riding House Bloomsbury, and Rail House Victoria.
