Intellectual Property partners Robert Peake and James Tumbridge have been recognised in World Intellectual Property Review (WIPR) UK Patents Rankings 2026. Keystone was also ‘Recommended’ for its expertise and experience on Contentious Patent matters.
WIPR UK Patents Rankings highlight the leading firms and practitioners across non-contentious and contentious patent practices, selected following an extensive research process by the WIPR team.

Robert is an IP lawyer with extensive experience in contentious and non-contentious matters covering patents, trade marks, copyright, designs, and confidential information.
He advises clients on commercial arrangements for the creation and exploitation of IP rights, including development agreements, licences and assignments.

James is an IP litigation lawyer, known especially for his patent, trade mark & copyright work as well as digital compliance.
