Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) has listed Keystone Law’s intellectual property (IP) partners Simon Chalkley, James Tumbridge, and Fiona Nicolson in its prestigious annual IAM Patent 1000 guide.
The IAM Patent 1000 lists the world’s leading patent professionals in 2026. IAM compiles its list of experts by conducting in-person, telephone and video interviews and gathering written submissions from firms detailing their recent activity in the field.
Simon frequently advises UK and international businesses on IP law, strategy and transactions. He is a recognised expert in transactions relating to the commercial exploitation of all IP rights including licensing, distribution (including selective distribution) and technology transfer agreements.
James is an intellectual property litigation lawyer with a specialism in data protection. He has litigated all IP rights before the courts of several countries and is a qualified arbitrator and mediator, listed with the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), the United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office, CIArb, and other ADR providers.
Fiona’s practice is highly international, assisting UK businesses in commercialising their IP globally and advising overseas clients on transactions involving English and Scottish law. She also advises on international licensing transactions and has specifically worked with many businesses in the life sciences sector, helping them to enter new markets using licensing and other collaborative ventures.
