Keystone Law has advised Alaco, a global leader in the business intelligence industry, on its sale to Sigma7, a risk information and services company.
Alaco assists clients with the assessment of commercial opportunities, managing risk, resolving disputes and reputation management through the provision and analysis of information and intelligence.
The acquisition of Alaco, backed by Growth Catalyst Partners, is Sigma7’s sixth since its launch in May 2022, signifying continued expansion in building a comprehensive, technology-enabled risk management platform.
The Keystone Law team was led by corporate partner Charles Frank and included commercial and data protection partner Nick Watson, corporate partner Gabriella Olson-Welsh, corporate associate Ana Gresa Pico, tax partner Paul McCourt, employment partner Sarah-Jane Watson, pensions partner Monica Ma, trainee solicitor Sophie Welbourn and paralegal Mark Turner.
