The acquisition of Videvo will significantly expand Freepik’s portfolio of videos and sound effects to its 500,000 users.
The Keystone Law team was led by corporate partner Will Nash and included tax partner Paul McCourt, tax solicitor Michael Fluss, property solicitor Ajay Rana, employment partner Jane Wheeler and commercial partner Lucy Blick-Jones.
Tom Limb, founder and CEO of Videvo, commented:
“Videvo has been working with Keystone for several years now, so when it came to selling the business, it was a natural choice for me to use their services. The extensive knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism of Will and the team left me feeling very well looked after throughout the process.”
Will Nash added:
“Videvo has achieved fantastic growth over the last ten years and we were delighted to advised them on this exit and on the next chapter of their journey as they join Freepik Company.”
