Keystone Law has advised Orienta Capital Partners in its investment in ACT Blade and subsidiary ACT Blade Europe, designers of innovative wind turbine blades.
Orienta Capital Partners is a leading Italian private equity firm focusing on mid-market transactions, which invests directly and together with private and institutional co-investors in small and medium-sized enterprises.
The private equity firm made the investment through FA R Evolution, a project focused on digital transition and eco-sustainability, as well as innovation and technology.
Working with the Italian law firm Gitti and Partners, Keystone’s corporate partners Laurence Relton and Duccio Faraoni advised on the M&A aspect of the deal, with IP partner Fiona Nicolson advising on the intellectual property and information technology, and Tax partner Andrew Terry advising on tax aspects.
Laurence Relton said:
“This was an exciting project to be part of – one that highlights the brilliant, innovative and essential work happening in the renewable energy sector. We congratulate Orienta Capital Partners and all at ACT Blade and wish them the very best in this new venture.”
