Keystone Law advised the shareholders of London-based HireAra on its sale to The Access Group, a global provider of business management software.

HireAra is an AI-powered candidate presentation platform that automates the process of formatting and presenting candidate CVs for the recruitment sector. The acquisition by The Access Group will enable the company to expand its capabilities in AI-driven talent management.

Corporate partner Nadim Zaman led the deal, and the Keystone team included Tax partner Paul McCourt, Employment partner Katie Clark, and Corporate associate Simon Margesson.
