- Advised Queensland Investment Corporation Global Real Estate on the refinancing of £210m of debt secured on its interest in a major UK shopping centre.
- Advised Kuwait Business Town Real Estate Co on its purchase of a retail park shopping complex located in Oldham, Greater Manchester, for £54 million.
