Faye is a solicitor in the property team with over 25 years’ experience, assisting clients on a broad range of residential, agricultural, and mixed-use real estate matters.
She works closely with individuals, investors, developers, landlords, and occupiers, providing support across acquisitions and disposals, small development projects, and property-related transactions including lease extensions and re-finance.
Faye is experienced in resolving title defects such as reconstitution of lost, missing, or destroyed unregistered title deeds, deeds of easement, boundary agreements, and applications to HMLR based on adverse possession both in relation to registered and unregistered land.

Faye is experienced in prime and super prime residential property sales, purchases and remortgages throughout England and Wales, primarily in Oxfordshire, the Cotswolds, London, and the South East.
