• Resolved multiple title defects on the sale of a prime Cotswolds residential property involving concluding with different neighbouring land owners two transfers of part, a deed of easement, and dealing with the Treasury Solicitor in relation to bona vacantia land.
• Reconstituted title in multiple intestate estates where the beneficiaries had been located by professional genealogists and finders, the properties were unregistered, and no title deeds had been located.
• Acted for major UK charities in large-scale first registration applications to HMLR.

Faye is experienced in prime and super prime residential property sales, purchases and remortgages throughout England and Wales, primarily in Oxfordshire, the Cotswolds, London, and the South East.

• Acted in the sale of numerous prime North Oxford property sales including the sale of a property featured in The Sunday Times and originally listed at £10m, making it, at the time, Oxford’s most expensive property.
