Remote working, social distancing, enforced isolation and travel restrictions have meant that face-to-face meetings can no longer be held. Furthermore, not every signatory may have the correct equipment at home. This had led to increased scrutiny by clients and lawyers of the current rules and practices relating to the execution of documents by Isle of Man incorporated companies.
