Sarah has over 20 years’ experience in commercial law with a particular specialism in the technology and media sectors. She advises business owners on a broad range of contracts including supply and services contracts, advertising and promotional contracts, brand licensing and exploitation, broadcasting deals, production contracts, and publishing contracts.
She has a particular interest in the general publishing and videogame sectors and has extensively advised on these areas.
Sarah is also an experienced speaker at various client and internal and sector briefings.
Sarah advises major DTC (direct to consumer) brands as well as media and technology companies on their commercial agreements. These include: their general supply and services contracts, their advertising and promotional contracts, their licensing deals, their IP strategy, general commercial outsourcing, in-sourcing and logistics, and publishing of digital content as well as TV production work.

Sarah has significant experience acting on the commercial aspects of high-value acquisitions across sectors, including retail, media, healthcare, and sport covering diligence strategy and negotiation of commercial aspects of the transactions.

Sarah has a wide practice area covering areas such as television and videogame production agreements, film and TV options, advertising and marketing contracts, data protection compliance, theatre touring licences, and a wide variety of publishing contracts.
