Naomi is a family solicitor with over 20 years’ experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution, bringing with her a wealth of experience in acting for a variety of clients. Her practice area is particularly focussed on complex financial proceedings involving high-net-worth and high-profile clients.

Naomi regularly advises on matters concerning wealth protection, from a family law perspective to those with media exposure. She has acted on many high-profile cases involving professional footballers and sportspeople whilst ensuring that her client’s private matters are kept out of the media spotlight. Her background in alternative dispute resolution allows her to think outside the court-process box and provide a holistic approach to her cases to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved given the unique and individual aspects of each case.

Naomi advises on all aspects of divorce and relationship breakdown, including contested proceedings, interim financial remedies, separation agreements, and variation or enforcement of existing orders to secure fair financial outcomes.

Experience

  • Acted for a highly successful business entrepreneur in securing a favourable outcome in his divorce from his husband and business partner.
  • Acted for a wife and mother following the breakdown of a marriage, reaching a generous settlement affording her financial independence away from a long-term domestically abusive relationship.
  • Litigated and represented a housewife where assets exceeded £12 million.
  • Litigated and represented a housewife in combined enforcement and variation proceedings of a financial order made six years earlier. Successfully achieved a variation of the original order resulting in a further 11 years’ maintenance payments for the mother and the children.
  • Acted for a well-known actress and TV personality in her Schedule 1 claim for the financial provision of her children from her unmarried partner.
  • Advised and represented clients from the media and sports professionals regarding wealth protection, child arrangements and associated financial claims.
