Keystone Law’s corporate partner Joseph Miller has advised AllBright, a global organisation that advances women’s professional growth throughout their career, on its acquisition of everywoman, an organisation focused on learning and development.
The acquisition supports the ambitions of both companies to champion the professional development of woman and achieve gender equality in the workplace. It aims to expand their combined client base of over 8.25 million employees to 20 million professionals worldwide by 2030. A new holding company, AllBright InvestCo Ltd, was created to enable future growth.
Following the acquisition, the company will focus on four key areas of growth:
Viv Paxinos, CEO of AllBright, said:
“We are thrilled to have acquired everywoman, a dynamic company that will bolster our offering to clients and help achieve our strategic aims. Keystone Law’s advice and support helped ensure the process was as seamless as possible.”
Joseph Miller said:
“This acquisition is not only exciting for the companies involved, but also hugely important in supporting the professional growth of women. I look forward to seeing the continued success and growth of AllBright.”
