Nateecha is a solicitor who assists the firm’s Employment team on a wide range of matters including employment litigation, TUPE, redundancies, reorganisations, and dismissals. She has extensive experience working on Employment Tribunal claims involving unfair dismissal and discrimination, managing case documents throughout the litigation process.

Before joining Keystone Law, Nateecha worked within the dispute resolution team of an international law firm. During this time, she specialised in international arbitration and litigation, and acted for corporates and multinationals across a range of industry sectors, including power and energy, and international trade and transportation.

Nateecha assists on employment disputes by providing practical and procedural support.

Experience

  • Assisted on Employment Tribunal claims by managing case documents, handling disclosure, and preparing hearing bundles.
  • Provided litigation support in respect of claims brought by employees for unfair dismissal and discrimination, including allegations of sex, disability, and age discrimination.
  • Assisted in-house counsel with developing a workflow process for document disclosure in Business As Usual (BAU) cases.
  • Acted for an aviation company in defending a group claim arising from a cabin crew “hold pool” redundancy exercise during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Nateecha qualified as a solicitor in 2008. Prior to joining Keystone Law in 2019, she worked at Watson Farley & Williams.
