Keystone has announced that it has hired property lawyer Eleanor Richardson.
Eleanor joins the firm from Lester Aldridge LLP, where she was a partner. Eleanor is able to advise on all aspects of real estate law, using a highly bespoke commercial approach.
Much of Eleanor’s more recent work has focused on site acquisition for residential developers. In addition, she acts for both landlords and tenants, as well as handling a wide range of property matters for operational companies.
Keystone’s Real Estate team now comprises more than 25 partner-level solicitors and boasts an impressive client list that features Thyssenkrupp, HMV, Neal’s Yard, and Dow Jones.
Keystone’s Managing Partner, James Knight, said:
“Eleanor has a robust property practice, and we are delighted to welcome her to the firm. Her arrival adds a new dimension to our already successful property offering and demonstrates our commitment to the continued expansion of our capabilities in this space.”
Eleanor Richardson added:
“Joining Keystone has given me a greater opportunity to provide a much more personal, tailored service to my clients. I look forward to taking the next steps in my career.”
