Berlin-based Jobpal is the leading talent acquisition chatbot software, which leverages proprietary NLP technology to support enterprise recruitment teams deliver strategic hiring results.
The acquisition moves SmartRecruiters into the rapidly growing recruitment process automation (RPA) market, where the future of recruiting prioritises human interactions and automates repetitive, time-consuming tasks. It also supports the recruitment software developers’ mission to connect people to jobs at scale.
Jobpal’s impressive chatbot technology and enterprise readiness has a proven record helping global customers like McDonald’s, Airbus and Deutsche Telekom deliver exceptional candidate experiences and qualified candidates.
Keystone provided English corporate, employment, tax, IP and commercial advice in this fast-paced, cross-border transaction, which also involved US and German law.
