Keystone Law’s Energy & Natural Resources partner James Douglass has advised Reganosa, a global energy company based in Spain, on its contract to operate and maintain Squadron Energy’s LNG terminal in Port Kembla, New South Wales, Australia.

The contract is Reganosa’s first in Australia and Oceania.

The agreement involves the comprehensive management of Squadron Energy’s onshore facilities at the Port Kembla Energy Terminal.

James Douglass said:

“It was a privilege to work with the team at Reganosa on this contract, which will heighten the team’s reputation in Australia. I wish all parties every success going forward.”

James worked closely with In-House Counsel Haraan Bokhari who advised on the SQE-side of the contract and Christopher Flynn of Gilbert+ Tobin, who provided NSW law advice to Reganosa.
