Keystone Law’s Corporate partner Catherine Williams has advised the at-home beauty services business Blow Ltd on its sale to Holland & Barrett.

Health and wellness retailer Holland & Barrett purchased Blow for an undisclosed sum to expand its offering of personalised services, diagnostics and wellness solutions across its digital and retail channels. Blow will become a subsidiary business of its international arm.
