Keystone Law has advised London-based digital product and innovation consultancy Hi Mum! Said Dad on its sale to strategy consultancy L.E.K. Consulting Group.
Hi Mum! Said Dad will operate as an independent, wholly owned subsidiary of L.E.K. and combine L.E.K.’s strategic advice with Hi Mum! Said Dad’s expertise of the entire digital product lifecycle for the benefit of their clients and teams.
Keystone’s team was led by corporate partner JP Irvine and included corporate solicitor Mark Harden, corporate tax partner Paul McCourt, employment partner Sarah-Jane Watson, and paralegal Gabriel Navias.
