Keystone Law has been ranked as one of the best employers in the UK by the Financial Times in its inaugural list of the top 500 companies to work for in the country.

The Best UK Employers 2025 list was created with data provider Statista. Over 20,000 employees from a range of industries were anonymously consulted and surveyed for the list, asking for their opinion on their employer in areas including employee satisfaction, workplace culture, company image, and opportunities for career development.

This recognition reflects the firm’s commitment to providing a supportive environment and collaborative culture, which empowers lawyers to deliver an unparalleled level of service and client care.

Keystone Law was just one of eight law firms to feature in the list.

James Knight, Founder and CEO of Keystone Law, said:

“We are proud to be recognised by the Financial Times as one of the best employers in the UK. We work hard to make Keystone a good place to work but this achievement is also a testament to the business model itself which creates an environment in which our people can thrive and actively enjoy delivering an outstanding client service.”
