Susannah advises on all aspects of EU and UK competition law and has regulatory expertise in technology, travel, air transport, financial services and telecommunications.
She has considerable experience in both the public and private sectors having worked for the European Commission, the UK Cabinet Office and the European Court of Justice prior to working in private practice.
Susannah speaks French and Spanish.
Susannah represents clients in follow-on and stand-alone damages claims, as well as strategic competition complaints, drawing on deep experience in regulatory investigations, behavioural remedies, and litigation strategy.
Experience
Susannah advises on competition law issues in the air transport and travel sectors, including cartel investigations, market sharing, merger control and compliance within highly regulated, multi-jurisdictional environments.
Experience
Susannah supports healthcare clients on strategic competition law matters, including abuse of dominance, restrictive practices, and merger clearance, with experience in market investigations and compliance around joint ventures and acquisitions.
Experience
Susannah advises technology and telecoms clients on standardisation, IP licensing, dominance concerns, and behavioural strategies, often in fast-moving markets where competition and regulatory compliance intersect.
