He also acts on such matters in a transactional context, both domestic and international.

Rupert acts on complex outsourcing arrangements, including logistics, distribution, and back- and middle-office functions, for clients in financial services, media, retail, and healthcare, with deep experience in multi-jurisdictional deals.

Rupert advises on GDPR compliance, risk management, and breach response for financial institutions, corporates, and international clients, with experience leading implementation programmes and supporting in-house functions across multiple sectors.

Rupert acts on brand licensing, marketing campaigns, and data commercialisation, with deep experience supporting high-profile clients across sectors including hospitality, retail, media, and consumer goods on strategic IP matters.

Rupert advises on contracts for the exploitation of technology, whether licensing, SaaS, acquisition, or (agile) development across a wide spectrum of sectors.
