Rana is a senior employment associate with over 15 years’ experience advising on contentious and advisory employment matters. She supports employees and senior executives on discrimination, whistleblowing, dismissal and redundancy, settlement agreements, and contractual issues, including restrictive covenants.
Rana regularly manages complex Employment Tribunal claims, including factually intensive discrimination and whistleblowing cases, and advises on strategy from early dispute resolution through to final hearing.
