Matt is a senior employment lawyer with over 20 years’ experience advising financial institutions and multinational organisations across the UK and EMEA.

He advises on complex, high-stakes employment matters, including senior executive exits, employment tribunal litigation, regulatory issues, and business-critical restructurings.

Matt has extensive experience handling high-value and sensitive disputes, complex advisory work, and transactional support. He works closely with C-suite stakeholders on sensitive and strategic employment issues and is trusted to handle high-profile and challenging matters with discretion.
