Lottie is a paralegal with experience assisting on a range of corporate and commercial matters, as well as in civil litigation.

Lottie has experience assisting on both acquisitions and disposals, as well as matters relating to corporate governance. Lottie has also been involved in drafting and reviewing a range of commercial documents, including terms and conditions, contracts for the supply of goods and services, and non-disclosure agreements.

Lottie also has experience assisting on a range of civil litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, debt recovery, and issues of breach of contract.

Lottie assists with a range of tasks, including drafting preliminary documents, collating support documentation, preparing and updating trial/counsel bundles, research, proofreading, and document review.
