Liam is a commercial, IP and technology associate with experience in supporting clients in the gambling sector.
He advises on a full range of commercial contracts for the sale of goods, supply of services, and the licensing and assignment of IP. He regularly drafts, reviews and negotiates SaaS agreements, framework agreements, standard terms and conditions, agency agreements, distribution agreements, franchise agreements, and other commercial contracts.
He also has experience drafting data processing and data sharing agreements and advising clients on a range of data protection compliance matters, including the drafting of privacy notices and cookie policies, both standalone and as part of the negotiation of corporate transactions. Liam has also prepared transfer risk assessments and data protection impact assessments.
Liam also advises clients on a range of regulatory matters, including within the gambling, food and cosmetics sectors.
Previously, Liam has worked closely with Corporate teams and led on commercial, IP, data protection, and regulatory support in the context of M&A (primarily purchase side), investments and AIM Listings, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial joint venture agreements, asset purchase agreements, and agreements related to wider corporate transactions such as transitional services agreements.
Liam advises on commercial contracts, drafting and negotiating SaaS, B2B/B2C agreements, lotteries, property management contracts, and gaming-sector arrangements.

Liam advises on data protection and privacy, conducting audits, managing data mapping, drafting transfer impact and processing agreements, and guiding clients through cybersecurity incidents and ICO compliance across international operations.
