Johnny is a commercial, private client, and employment law disputes specialist with extensive experience in both high-value and complex litigation and private client matters.
His work encompasses professional negligence, insurance, contract breaches, boundary disputes, intellectual property, probate and inheritance disputes, and white collar crime. He is also a data law specialist with extensive experience of the GDPR and its effect internationally, and has wide experience of the private security sector.
Using a combination of mediation, arbitration and litigation, Johnny represents corporate organisations, owner-managed businesses, and private individuals on a broad range of contentious matters, many of which often involve multi-jurisdictional elements such as cross-border finance actions and asset tracing.
In addition to being qualified in England & Wales, Johnny has also practised internationally as a solicitor in Oman, Libya, across North Africa, and in the wider Middle East.
Johnny advises on corporate disputes, including shareholder and banking disputes, cross-border litigation, and breach of contract claims, acting for clients in disputes over royalties, warranties, loans, partnerships, and corporate acquisitions.
