Emma is a highly experienced commercial property partner with 30 years’ experience, advising occupiers, investors, developers, funders, and pension schemes on a wide range of property transactions.
She has particular expertise in landlord and tenant matters, regularly acting for landlords on leases, portfolio management, and estate administration. In addition, Emma also advises clients on the purchase and sale of residential properties.
Her clients include property owners, investors, landlords, occupiers, and operating businesses with substantial commercial property portfolios, ranging from family-owned estates and private companies to large corporates and PLCs, across multiple sectors.
Emma also has experience in the leisure sector, advising clients on transactions involving public houses, hotels, and restaurants.
Throughout her career, Emma has acted on multiple large-scale projects, such as securitisation exercises and the disposal of substantial property portfolios for a well-known plc.
Emma advises landlords and occupiers on commercial leases, renewals, portfolio management, and strategic asset planning for large and complex property holdings.
