Deepak is a property partner specialising in company and commercial acquisitions involving commercial property, hotel and leisure complexes, retail and industrial estates, residential care homes, and other commercial businesses.

He specifically advises on the acquisition of commercial freeholds, and disposals or leasings of new buildings that often involve complex construction and financing arrangements.

In addition, Deepak advises on residential portfolios including the buying and selling of properties throughout London and the South East.
