  • Advised a father and daughter following overseas representative dependant visa refusals, securing their transition to the Skilled Worker dependant route during Administrative Review. Subsequently obtained settlement for both after five years spanning the two dependant routes, demonstrating expertise in complex immigration histories and long-term settlement strategies.
  • Advised a private client on a complex 10-year-long residence ILR application involving a prolonged COVID-related absence. Prepared detailed representations addressing discretion and policy concessions, supported by compelling evidence. The application was granted, demonstrating expertise in complex long residence matters.
  • Secured settlement for a client under the 10-year long residence route despite 975 days of absence. Presented detailed medical, educational and travel evidence addressing exceptional and compassionate circumstances. The application was approved the next working day through the Super Priority service, demonstrating expertise in complex settlement applications.
  • Successfully secured a Skilled Worker Sponsor Licence for Globe Technologies UK Ltd, managing the complex application, coordinating extensive documentation, and preparing detailed Home Office representations. The matter highlights expertise in corporate immigration, sponsor compliance, and navigating demanding Home Office requirements.
  • Successfully secured a Sponsor Licence through the five-working-day priority service for an employer whose employee’s Graduate visa was nearing expiry. Subsequently managed the urgent Skilled Worker visa application, ensuring a successful switch before expiry and demonstrating expertise in complex, time-sensitive immigration matters.
  • Successfully secured a Skilled Worker Dependant visa extension for a client whose mother had obtained Indefinite Leave to Remain, overcoming complications arising from the client’s prolonged absences from the UK.
  • Successfully secured settlement for a client following a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) refusal and subsequent switch to the Skilled Worker route. The case involved complex immigration planning and combining five years of qualifying residence across both routes to achieve Indefinite Leave to Remain.
