Bridget is a Paralegal who assists one of our partners on a range of commercial property litigation matters.
Her work includes supporting disputes relating to commercial landlord and tenant issues, including dilapidations claims, tenant default and rent arrears recovery, forfeiture issues, and insolvency-related enforcement. She also assists on disputes concerning lease obligations, restrictive covenants, lease renewals, and other contractual issues arising in a property context.
Bridget assists with the preparation and conduct of litigation, including drafting legal notices and formal correspondence, preparing court documents, undertaking legal research, managing disclosure exercises, compiling electronic and hard-copy bundles, and supporting hearing and trial preparation in the Technology and Construction Court.
She supports on matters for a range of clients including commercial landlords, property companies, developers, corporate occupiers, and local authorities.
