He advises funders, developers, landowners, contractors, tenants and professionals on the drafting and negotiation of the full range of construction contracts, such as building contracts, consultant appointments, bonds, guarantees, collateral warranties and associated agreements, both standard form and bespoke.

- The construction aspects in relation to an EPC contract for 1,000 solar rooftop installations on a social housing property.
- The construction aspects acting for the contractor in relation to two EPC contracts for on and offshore HVDC cable systems for the values of £1.2 billion and £2 billion.
- Acted for and advised a major UK contractor on the construction contracts and ancillary construction documents for two nuclear power stations.
