An experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, Andrew advises a wide range of clients from business start-ups to large multinational companies. He has considerable experience in running corporate transactions and negotiating commercial contracts of all sizes, with particular focus on intellectual property licensing. He also has extensive knowledge from working with businesses in the waste management sector.

Expertise

Andrew advises on corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, as well as corporate finance, reorganisations, and shareholder agreements.

Experience

  • Advising Yamaha / Kemble Music Group on the transfer of production out of the UK.
  • The Section 110 reconstruction of the London-based Pioneer Film and Television Group.
  • The restructuring of the Grundfos Pumps Group and advising on numerous contractual issues.
  • The disposal of Oxfordshire-based Hytec Information Security Limited.

Andrew also advises on intellectual property, licensing, and commercial agreements, including distribution, outsourcing, and consultancy contracts.

Experience

  • Advising Northampton-based Otago Healthcare on the launch of pharmaceutical products into the UK market.
  • Working with Milton Keynes-based MT Waste Management Limited to develop compliance procedures for current waste regulations.
