Victoria is a member of Keystone’s Operations and Compliance team and Head of Central Office Lawyers. She supports the compliant and efficient running of the firm, working with colleagues on a wide range of legal practice, regulatory, and risk-management issues.
Drawing on her background as a commercial property lawyer, Victoria advises on compliance and practice points arising from commercial property matters. Her role helps ensure that Keystone’s lawyers, especially those practising in commercial real estate, have access to practical, experienced support.
As Head of Central Office Lawyers, Victoria oversees Keystone’s cohort of associates, trainees, and paralegals. She ensures that the firm’s lawyers can access high-quality junior legal support at the right level, helping them to resource matters effectively and to deliver excellent service to clients.
Victoria originally joined Keystone in 2025 as a commercial property partner, advising clients on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, before moving into the Operations and Compliance team in 2026. She qualified as a solicitor in 2011.
