Lilian is a Clients Team & Undertakings Manager at Keystone Law, responsible for supporting the strategic leadership and development of the Client Inception team and overseeing client onboarding, AML compliance, conflict clearance, matter inception, and the firm’s undertakings process. Working closely with the Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Conveyancing Counsel, she plays a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating risk, and delivering efficient, robust, and commercially focused client onboarding and matter inception processes across the firm.
Lilian attended Kingston University where she obtained an Upper Second-Class BSc degree in Criminology and Sociology. With a strong background in compliance and risk management, Lilian brings analytical expertise and attention to detail to her position. Her commitment to upholding regulatory excellence supports both internal teams and clients in navigating complex legal requirements.
