Thomson Reuters names eight Keystone Law partners in its Stand-out Lawyers Guide 2026

Keystone Law has advised John Kearon, founder and largest shareholder of System1 Group plc (AIM), on the sale of his 23% shareholding in the business to Brave Bison Group PLC through a share‑for‑share exchange.
Under the terms of the transaction, Mr Kearon exchanged his System1 shares for an 8.7% shareholding in Brave Bison, which now owns a total 28% stake in System1.
Keystone Law’s Corporate partners Andrew Bretherton and Simon Holden advised Mr Kearon throughout the transaction.
