Garry is a very experienced solicitor who has specialised in representing clients involved in commercial, corporate, finance, and real estate disputes. He also handles professional negligence claims against solicitors.
Garry advises individuals and business organisations on every kind of claim in his fields of expertise, often involving breaches of commercial contracts. His corporate disputes practice includes advising shareholders and directors when internal conflicts arise. His finance practice involves enforcement of loans and securities. His real estate disputes practice includes acting for commercial landlord and tenants, as well as for and against leaseholders in the residential sector and disputes arising from the development and sale of property.
Garry’s practice centres on the Business and Property Courts of the High Court and the County Court.
Garry advises on commercial contracts including the sale of goods and services, consultancy, agency and distribution agreements, restrictive covenants, confidentiality obligations, and cross-border or jurisdictional disputes.
