Denham is a consultant in the firm’s Employment team. He is an experienced employment lawyer in all aspects of employment law, advising employers and employees throughout the UK. His client base is diverse, ranging from large corporations, professional practices and SMEs through to senior executives, managers and startup businesses.
Expertise
Denham represents employers and senior employees in employment disputes, including discrimination, dismissal and contract claims, and regularly advises on negotiated exits, settlement agreements and tribunal or appeal proceedings.
Experience
Successfully defending and pursuing substantial claims for unfair dismissal, disability discrimination and sex discrimination.
Successful conduct of a Working Time Regulations claim through to the Court of Appeal.
Representing professional sportsmen and clubs in respect of contract disputes and employment issues.
