Catherine is a corporate lawyer with over 25 years’ experience and has a particular focus on advising management teams and investors of venture-backed, high-growth companies from first fundraise through to exit. Her clients are private limited companies and individuals. She also advises on shareholder agreements, shareholder disputes, and governance issues.
Catherine has a broad sector focus (including life sciences, retail, and technology) and has significant experience in venture funding, private equity, joint ventures, buying and selling private companies, and corporate restructuring.
She works with Keystone colleagues on M&A transactions to provide tax, commercial, and employment advice, and works with foreign counsel on cross-border transactions.
Catherine advises businesses on mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and management buyouts.
