Thomson Reuters names eight Keystone Law partners in its Stand-out Lawyers Guide 2026

Keystone Law has advised specialist Microsoft recruitment firm Cognitive Group on its sale to the leading European IT recruitment group Focus Cloud. The enlarged group will form a new global brand, Focus Cloud Group, providing global recruitment solutions across the major cloud platforms.
The new company combines the experience and success that Cognitive has in Microsoft recruitment solutions with Focus Cloud’s repertoire of Workday, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow and Cyber Security recruitment services.
The Keystone Law team advising on the sale was led by partner Jeremy Davis, assisted by trainee solicitor Sophie Welbourn and included Employment partner Emma Clark, Commercial solicitor Rupert Casey, Tax partner Paul McCourt and Employee incentives solicitor Monica Ma.
