Victoria advises on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions involving a variety of property types including industrial estates and warehouses, hotels, office premises, student accommodation and shopping centres. 

She considers herself to be a good communicator with a strong work ethic. 

She advises on single asset and portfolio acquisitions and disposals, refinancings, pre-lets, landlord and tenant work and property management as well as assisting clients with general matters of property law.  

Victoria has advised a variety of clients including real estate investment trusts, domestic and overseas investors, landlords, tenants and developers.

Victoria advises landlords and tenants on leasing strategy and property management, including national retail lease negotiations and asset oversight for commercial portfolios across diverse sectors and property types.

Victoria supports clients through the acquisition and disposal of property assets, providing advice on portfolio sales and corporate transactions involving both asset and share transfers.

Victoria works with developers on residential and mixed-use schemes, advising on site assembly, infrastructure agreements, and strategic development matters from inception through to sale or occupation.

  • Acted for banks and borrower on refinancing of portfolios   

Victoria drafts and negotiates overage agreements for landowners and developers, ensuring future land value is protected.

  • Advised a property owner on the purchase of parcels of land for development. 

Victoria advises on complex leasing transactions.
