Anouska is a real estate lawyer specialising in residential property transactions, with a particular focus on high-value Central London assets. Her practice includes the sale and purchase of prime leasehold and freehold properties, the acquisition and disposal of development sites, and advising on bank security and equity release matters.

Anouska regularly acts for overseas investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trust companies, developers, landlords, and banks. She is also experienced in structuring transactions involving offshore property vehicles, including share purchase agreements and tax-efficient strategies.

Anouska advises on high-value residential transactions, including Prime Central London sales, leasehold and freehold purchases, equity release, refinancing, real estate finance, and offshore structures. 

Experience

  • Advised on three residential purchases within 20 Grosvenor Square, each valued at over £20 million.
  • Advised on the £38.5 million residential purchase in Avenue Road, St John’s Wood.
  • Advised a tech entrepreneur on the purchase of a £30 million apartment within The Peninsular Hotel.
  • Acted for Middle Eastern royalty and Middle Eastern law firms and their clients on various property transactions.
  • Acted for a Middle Eastern royal family on the purchase of a large estate in Buckinghamshire, boasting the largest private lake in the country.
  • Advised on multiple time-sensitive transactions, including a 24-hour exchange in Kensington, and a 48-hour exchange in Notting Hill.
  • Advised a client on the purchase of two houses, both of which were designed by John Nash in Regent’s Park, involving extensive planning history and subsidence issues.
  • Advised a client on the sale of a high-value house in Chester Square, for which the sale was conditional upon the purchase of the freehold from Grosvenor Properties.
