She has experience acting on leases, acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, and development projects. Her work spans retail, office, mixed-use, and industrial sectors, and she regularly assists with drafting and negotiating key documents such as agreements for lease, leases, rent deposit deeds, and side letters.
Saira supports residential property clients with sales, purchases, chain transactions, equity releases, transfers of equity, refinancing, and developments. She also has experience advising both domestic and international clients on AML compliance and regulatory risk mitigation.
